My name is Charlotte Hanby and I created my business called Simlpy You. It is a store where we are open to all designs and we will work with you until we know you are happy. We fit and customize every design to fit and look the best on you. I started this business because when I would go into stores they would always have something I liked but didn't love. Either they didn't fit the way I wanted, or it had something on it that I didn't really like. In jeans they had these patterns on the back that didn't look the way I wanted it to. I don't have that problem because of my sewing and designing talents. This is for either gender. I think that you will love it just as I do.

When You Hear The Word "Button" What Do You Thinl Of

"Button" some people always think of shirts with buttons on it and that's probably what my grandmother thinks and still does think of to when she hears it. After she got married to my grandfather she had these buttons that would come with some shirts that she had when she bought them in-case they'd fall off. Then she'd have some old shirts that the buttons would fall of. It started as a pile the grew over time. Soon they moved to new house and found all these buttons...every where. So the little pile became a jar...a big jar.
When I was old enough to understand the story of how there were some may buttons I loved hearing the the stories of how special each button was and what shirt they came from and where they were found. There was one button I was allowed to keep and I still have it. The button was my moms when she was one years old. It was found under my grandparents bed right before they moved to their new house.
So when I hear the word "Button" I always think of this story. I can picture my mom's button from when she was younger. Pink and smooth...tiny. It's a lite pink nothing dramatic. When you see it you know it has a story. You can tell it's old. It's simple but it grabs your attention.

New Power!...New Climate?

Wind Farms are great ways to get energy that you don't have to worry about toxins spilling into the earth and effecting us. Some testing and saw that were there are wind farms the climate increases by two to three degrees. The next question scientists have is: How will this effect the earth? More questions lead from that like: Should we take down the wind farms? Could we put the wind farms strategically and have more control over wind? We all have different opinions but here's what I say...
I think that it won't make a difference if in one area it is only two or three degrees warmer. when you think about it that's the same thing that was said when we saw that the earth slowly got warmer and now we have global warming. We also don't know who wrote the article so it could be from a nuclear plant or an oil company that made that article. Is it true or not? New Universe

What we see is only just a bit. Imagine an ant and how small. Imagine the cells in our body and tiny we think they are. What we don't under stand is that we are so small. Our sun is a medium sized star. Our galaxy is the Milky Way. If there is a billion stars our there in the universe well the probability of life just grew a lot bigger. Each star has a universe...it seems that there most definutly is life out there. When we say out there what do we mean? It means that we don't have the technology or telescope that would show us what is beyond our galaxy. So we turn around and we look around. Again we look at what we can't see. We can't see air just the same as we can't see past our galaxy or at least enough so we can see or learn some thing about it. We look closer to what we can see around us. We know that we are made up of cells, and though this maybe not your religion or what you believe in but it took a long time for all of our cells to come together and the way we reproduce is combining certain cells to make a new human. What are in the cells? Some things we can figure out, like: blood carries nutrients to the organs in the rest of our bodies. What else are in the cells...we don't know because we have the technology that can help us. That makes us wonder if there could be life out there bigger and better that we worry about such as aliens what if it's the same thing living right inside of us or in our surroundings...what if there is a universe living right inside that we don't know of. this type of thing is what gets scientists interested in making technology to take us to the next step of finding things out.

New Baby New Words

When I was younger, like we all were once, I didn't know a lot. When you see a four year old and they are always asking you dumb questions. I'm not saying they're dumb but inexperienced. I was at the stage of asking questions when I was four. I remember thinking Why is the grass green? Why is the sky blue? How did things get color? Soon I had more questions swarming in my head. I asked a few but kept the others. Soon I had one question that I really wanted answered but I thought I would feel dumb at I didn't know. The question was: how are clouds made
I soon asked my mom on the way to Philadelphia how clouds were made. My mom pointed to a factory with pollution coming out which looked just as powdery as a cloud in the sky. My mom then says "Sweaty look over there, do you see that? That's a cloud factory...o.k.?" That got me thinking and when I went back to preschool I told all my friends. Then I got all my friends believing that...because I had no clue. Soon I was in first grade when we learned about pollution and that's when I realized that I had it all wrong!!

PET CHIMPANZINE!!!!

"OK MOM!!!! JUST COME OVER SOON!!!!!" This is bad this is really bad!!! When the neighbors asked for me to watch the pets while they were away. It was as long story....
First when we moved we didn't really know anyone...at all! We were given sauce when we first met the....Remnos our new neighbors. My parents thought it was good and wanted to be friends so then whenever we had a party they invited the Remnos! It got annoying but then when they asked if I could do a paying job I suddenly was interested. They gave me the keys to the house and the directions for the alarm and then they left. I knew they had a cat but when I went in......that's another story....
When
i first walked in to the house the alarm went off and I couldn't find where the thing was to turn it off so when I was looking around I met the pets...a chimpanzee....a turtle...a dog...a cat...a fish...and a mini shark! They all started the crazyness! First they distroyed everything and tore it into the pieces! they ate everything they could! I only stayed long enough so they didn't eat me. They chewed the papers, riped the couches, chewed on flowers, clashed with the table making the food and plates and cups! That was all I could see because the chimp came charging at me. Soon the police came and then I had to call my mom and tell her what happened. I'm still shaken up by it!

TIME OUT NOW!

Sad to say but I have been in time out before. I'm not proud of it and I could've done better but I was young and no kid is perfect, and how was I supposed to now. It was my first time at my first practice at my second play at my first show at Oprah Delaware. I didn't know the rules of the place and I didn't know anyone, plus I was seven years old. I was put in time out for siting in a chair when we were running the show. It was just a regular chair and I saw other people sitting in chairs just the same. I guess they wanted me to help out with the choreography with a few people that had no clue what they were doing. I said it could've gone better because I could've been in more shows with them but I didn't get bugger parts and every time I auditioned they said that I could've fallowed the rules better. They still didn't get over it. Then casted me but as a lower part. To think one wrong can bring more bad for the one person. I was tired I was seven, so on and so on; I don't want to make up a lot of excuses but it was true. Tell me what you think and post a comment because I'm getting mixed comments from my friends.

Old Music

I would have liked to write about Greenday (My Fav. band) well instead I'm going to The Beatles. They have classy songs that are well thought through. I like The Beatles mostly because I play guitar in a show. I have done a lot of musical artists before and I love The Beatles for what they put together. You can tell it's unique. When I first heard of The Beatles let me tell you I did not like them but the more songs I learned I cam to realize that they are AMAZING! Others might think not but who cares? I don't...people like different music and The Beatles made a mark in music history bringing new funky riffs to America.

My best time in a hotel

My best time in a hotel was actually last year and I was in New York. It was a huge hotel room...no not a room...practically a house. It had amazing internal design. (Of course that's what I'd look for) It had amazing service. Once we asked a person at the location service and they gave us a list of restaurants, and when we got to the one that we wanted, they hotel treated us to ginger ale for me and my sis and whine for my mom and step dad. They had an amazing lounge area that we hung out a lot, but of course we went to a lot of shops because it's New York!

If I could be invisable for one day
If I could be invisible for one day it would be awsome. I wouldn't want to be stalker like but I'd go the California and go to all the parties and find out the newest news with all the pop stars and I'd play around with the cast lists for a few shows that are being filmed so that I would be the newest big hit. Also I'd sneak a recording contract. Then soon I'd be famous and no one will know...well they'd soon find out....but let's not tell them!

If I had 49 million dollars to spend on my school I would....

If I had 49 million dollars to spend on my school every kid in cab would get apple products and the teachers. We'd all get an IPod, IPhone, IPad, Mac computer from apple. We'd give charter a new and improved school to give them more room to learn. We'd get all new lockers that you can walk into you have a cabinet to put things in and hooks to put your coat. Then the cafeteria will get redone all up so it will look really nice. We will knock out all the walls and make all the rooms bigger. Then we get new desks. We will most likely be done with our 49 million dollars.

"If an alien visited my home...."

If an alien visited my home I would want to welcome it to our world. I'd want to protect it, because every one would want to find stuff out about it. I would treat it with tea and crumpets, because I'd be in England working with the top editors of the most famous books. I'd write some observations and make a book about it. I'd be apart of the huge investigation, and I would be on T.V. everywhere. I would make some money, and finish the work that I had to do in England and then make more money. Then I could go onto bigger projects that will help the world! Only an alien has to come for that all to happen!

I wake up with the biggest worry in my life! I have to chose if I will orbit the earth and leave my wife at home with the burden that I could die in less than five hours!!!! I could get cooked in the microwave and the spaceship explode....or.....so much more!!!! I will but only for the country...wow I'm risking my life......but hat if I make it? What will they do? What will they think? What will I become? What if there are aliens and they eat me...if I don't kill them they could take my brain and take what I know then they could they take over earth......yeah I'm so doing this!!

my inner animal

some times I get in weird conversation with my sister and it got to "What animal would I be?" I asked. Then my sister looked at me and definitely knew what I would be "...A KANGAROO!!!!! IT WOULD BE PERFECT!" At first I thought she was just joking but the more I thought the more I realized I'm a kangaroo. I mean when you think about it I'm really jumpy and out going smart and love to go to Africa, and that's where Kangaroos live! So now when people ask what animal I am inside I always say a kangaroo.

New species

I'm a new scientist to the world and I have discovered the newest species to the world. I am writing this in a journal because it might be useful to many people later on. It is a tiny molecule but it is there. It looks nothing but a piece of hair...but very tiny. We will look more into it...but it seems to eat bugs like flies and it might even cure cancer...so far it's working. We will see more into it.

Maya: Geese what's that annoying noise again?
Shara:(Singing to song tune in the shower :singing in the rain) Singing in the shower and not in the rain.
Maya: I think it just got worse and it is coming from the GIANT aliens room. I need to go on a mission...I need plastic...and what the aliens call duck tape
Shara:(Maya comes in with pieces of duck tape on her fur and a tiny Tupperware on her foot) Oh my ----- what happened to you!!!! No mom you didn't hear anything, don't worry. Your going to go to the pound if you keep on doing that!!!
Maya: (Shara getting out of shower) Your wet why...why. Don't come near me. Oh no she's coming my way...she's after me!

My biggest fan isn't that big it's well my little cousin. MY family jokes and says he's my boyfriend. Whenever I baby-sit he wants to do whatever I'm doing, he wants to start karate and he always loves when we play cops and robbers and I'm the cop! I think it's cute but my family thinks it's hysterical. What do you think?

STOLEN!...what will happen

I came home so happy to see my mom and sister. I came in and went in my room after a long week trip to Europeto find almost everything in my room that I cared about was stolen!! I flipped out. Apparently I was robbed and no one else but me, I have to investigate more!! I'm not that excited!

Oh no!!!!...What??? Crime gone wierd

I was in the courtroom and I was convicted for underage drinking. It was the only thing I could drink.
You see I was at a party and all my friends were there and they ran out of soda and it was really hot and I couldn't take it so I asked for whatever they got, and well they gave me beer in a plastic cup. Since I gulped it down I really didn't have the chance to taste it. The judge understood and said that I had to brush her teeth as a punishment! But in the end I thanked her because it could've been a lot worse.

Cough! Cough! What green mist?!!?

Only to find today my bed green! The other day I told my mom that I wasn't feeling to good, last night I had a temperature so my mom said I had to stay home today. All day I had no clue what was before AHH...AHHH...AHHHHHHH SHWOOOO!!!!!! I had the feeling of a sneeze coming on but instead of sneezing green dust came out of my mouth! My mom just called the doctor...I hope it's nothing to bad!

I was walking down the street when I bumped into this girl that looked just liked me, apparently she thought the same. Then we got into a conversation...
"Wow I can't believe we have the same childhood...so you tried out for Cab Calloway too?"
"Yeah but I turned it down but I get in I just...well...it was two weeks before school...so what's it like?"
"It's so fun but I wish you could be here...I mean you'd do great."
"Well...um...we should hang out sometime?"
"Yes most definitely!"
"Maybe at Cab...you could come? I could talk to the dean!"
"I don't know but...YES!!! I hate 'HB' it's so boring and no one is like me...I don't know why I turned Cab down?"

Love Vs. Hate
If you were to go back in time three months ago you would think that Alex and Maddie were perfect for each other not trying to kill each other. Alex’s father worked at en electric company, and three months ago they went to go help out. Alex’s father called saying that they needed help down at Ionic (the name of the electric company) and they rushed down. At once, they went to the room that had the source, which was a cord popped and started, leaking chemical which got to everything else, though they wore protection cloths to stay safe. They were instantly covered in the chemicals. There was another pop from another cord, and was a spark. It started a fire, and fast. Maddie ran out of the room and took off the cloths but the chemicals was still in her as much as she tried to get it off and Alex was still in the room come to find out, he was locked in the room. The fire finally stopped after two weeks. Every one was worried about what had happened to Alex. Though every one knew he had died. They went back to the sight to find a little fire left, and the smoke was to strong for people so every one left except Maddie. She walked up to the fire and screamed Alex’s name Maddie just wished he didn’t die. She saw a ghost come up. It was Alex’s and he was on fire. Alex touched her arm and sent a shock all through out her. Suddenly power ran through out both of them. To find out that Alex wanted revenge for Maddie leaving him. All of it was horrifying because Maddie was still in love. There was a mediate war starting. Alex the fire master also evil, and Maddie Electronically inclined also good. Who will win the battle of love?

Why does every one seem to hate me. (This is not real, just saying.) I can't go to school I know that I'll feel more bad about my self. Sometimes i just want to run away. Maybe I will. I'll grad all my cloths, a blanket, food, my phone, my moms credit card it will only be used for the most desperate things like an Iphone. I'll go tomorrow, I'll take a taxi to the airport and go to New York! Once I get there I'll go to Broadway to fulfill my dream! No I can't wait I'm going now.
Out the door. Now I just need to get to broadway

Oh great a stranger coming my way "Helllloo, can you act?" now what do I say..."Um........Yes, are you from Broadway?" was that the right thing to say "Yes I am and we need some one that looks just like you. Listen I'm the directer and I want you on Broadway!" what now? "Yeeesss?" "Good, where are your parents? And where are you staying?" what? "Um...my parents are in Delaware and well I ran away, but I'd love for you to adopt me!!!" Oh no what did I say? " Well you can stay with me for the time being." Yes! Yes! Yes!!!!! "I'd love to"

germs, eeeeewwww, but not in their view
Wooowww, where are we going now? Oh it's just the normal morning get up. Hold on sister bacteria, it's a long ride up! Oh, no today's shower day! Oh, what a horrible sight, it's shampoo!! Mom no don't die I'm too young!!!! Oh Uncle Bret you can go you you never said anything and you just showed off that you were pink and ha ah you are getting pulled out! I'm a survivor I will live on to see more and more, yeah!! Oh no there's this acid so ugly and well...ugly a killing sight Shampoo! Good bye world, I loved you.
